Job Summary

To support the development of AI career guidance systems, experienced Arizona Licensed Rehabilitation Therapists will work remotely on a flexible contract basis, reviewing career-related questions, writing expert responses, and evaluating AI-generated guidance for accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related inquiries from rehabilitation and therapy professionals at various career stages
• Write high-quality responses based on clinical experience and career insights
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and practical value of AI-generated career guidance

Required qualifications

• Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related professional
• Strong understanding of healthcare career progression and clinical licensing, particularly in Arizona
• Experience mentoring students or junior clinicians is preferred
• Strong written communication skills for providing clear and actionable career guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable in independent work settings
