Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Remote Patient Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient enrollments and disenrollments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage patient engagement initiatives and conduct daily audits of coordinator performance
• Supervise staff and coordinate with IT and clinic teams to resolve operational issues

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant (MA) certification or diploma from an accredited program (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of compliance and clinical documentation
• Proven leadership experience managing staff in a healthcare environment
• Experience with vital sign monitoring and review
