Arizona Licensed Remote Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying a flexible remote work environment with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear, defined goals and expectations
• Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and operational support team

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Preferred experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
