Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Retirement Planner will provide education and guidance to workplace participants, helping them understand and maximize their retirement plan benefits while working remotely within 90 miles of the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new participants by educating them on company matches and investment strategies
- Engage with retirement plan participants to conduct needs-based analyses and identify suitable solutions
- Utilize consultative selling skills to enhance customer interactions and support retirement readiness
Required qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; Series 66 required within 90 days of hire
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services highly desirable
- Previous phone center experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results
