Arizona Licensed Revenue Analyst
Job Summary
To support revenue integrity initiatives, the full-time Arizona Licensed Revenue Analyst will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Charge Description Master (CDM), ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead special projects related to CDM and reimbursement data, acting as a liaison between various departments
- Utilize analytic applications and decision support tools to conduct financial analyses and support departmental decision-making
- Monitor compliance initiatives related to CDM data and interact with leadership on financial issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience in business or healthcare
- 2 years of related experience in revenue analysis
- Preferred 5 to 7 years of progressive responsibility in CDM maintenance and revenue analysis
- Current knowledge of healthcare financial systems and billing requirements
- Familiarity with CDM auditing and maintenance tools
