Job Summary

Supporting patient care remotely, the full-time Arizona Licensed RN Call Center will conduct assessments, provide emotional support, and connect patients with community resources while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide emotional support to patients and families
• Establish rapport and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Document patient interactions and connect families with community resources

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid compact license
• BSN required if hired after December 31, 2018
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Preferred 2 years of case management experience and acute care experience
