Arizona Licensed RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Case Manager, Utilization Management, Supplemental - RN *Remote*.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care plans through utilization management, care coordination, and clinical documentation
• Provide leadership and education on case management concepts while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Bridge communication between providers, patients, and families to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program or equivalent experience
• One year of RN Case Management experience or completion of the MCSHS RN Case Manager Fellowship within six months of hire
• Current RN license as per state requirements and Basic Life Support (BLS) competency
• Three years of acute nursing experience and one year of Case Management experience preferred
• Certification (CCM or ACM-RN) preferred
