Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse RN Patient Relations Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Steward patient complaint/grievance cases to resolution and ensure regulatory compliance
• Communicate with clinical and senior leadership to investigate and address patient concerns
• Maintain a comprehensive complaint database and assist in educating staff on issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice required
• Three to five years of clinical nursing experience or related fields
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical practices
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
