Arizona Licensed Road Supervisor
Job Summary
Ensuring compliance with fleet operations and safety standards, the full-time Arizona Licensed Road Supervisor will oversee vehicle maintenance, monitor driver performance, and assist in accident investigations while working onsite in Pinal County.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee on-time performance measures and monitor daily driving and safety practices of drivers
- Assist management with driver coaching, training, and attend relevant meetings
- Investigate accidents and coordinate data collection at incident scenes
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be 25 years of age or older with a valid Arizona Driver's license
- A minimum of 5 years driving history with no pending charges or felony convictions in the past 7 years
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record investigation, and DOT physical if over 65
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
