Arizona Licensed Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Driving traffic conversion for new home communities, the remote Arizona Licensed Sales Consultant will generate leads, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless buying experience through the construction and closing process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new traffic to sales studios through networking and outreach to real estate agents
• Facilitate a smooth sales process by coordinating with builders, buyers, real estate agents, and lenders
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in both inside and outside sales
• Must have a valid real estate license in Arizona
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
