Arizona Licensed Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative - Associate to drive new business opportunities and expand its customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline by completing 20-30 calls per day, focusing on closing new business
• Provide a best-in-show experience to potential customers, educating them on policy and product offerings
• Act as a brand ambassador, building positive customer experiences and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
