Job Summary

Handling inbound calls and warm leads, the full-time Arizona Licensed Sales Representative will consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, converting leads into policyholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult with potential and existing policyholders to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages
  • Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into sales without making cold calls
  • Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license as part of the onboarding process
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in typing and PC usage
