Job Summary

As an Arizona Licensed Sales Representative, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match them with appropriate insurance products and convert leads into sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs
  • Consult with potential and existing policyholders to recommend suitable coverages and products
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Proficient typing capabilities and PC proficiency
