Job Summary
Managing a team remotely, the Senior Manager SBA Closing will oversee the closing of SBA and USDA loans, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing training and support to staff.
Key responsibilities
- Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve departmental goals and ensures compliance with policies
- Manages external closing counsel and resolves customer issues to maximize satisfaction and support loan closing activities
- Directs the loan closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SBA policies and coordinating with internal and external parties
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience in Credit Administration with SBA closing and funding, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing an SBA Closing team
- Advanced experience with 504 and 7(a) loan products
- Detailed knowledge of SBA SOPs, loan structure requirements, and eligibility
