Arizona Licensed Scheduler
Job Summary
To support a patient-focused environment, the full-time Arizona Licensed Scheduler will coordinate appointments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure patients receive specialty care while working remotely from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and notify referring offices of patient appointment details
- Schedule and manage patient examinations, including cancellations and modifications as necessary
- Participate in educational programs to maintain current skills and competencies
Required qualifications
- Current Arizona licensure as a Scheduler
- Experience in patient scheduling and customer service
- Proficiency in scheduling systems and software
- Ability to collect and verify patient data and insurance information
- Willingness to undergo on-site training for up to two weeks
