Job Summary

To support a patient-focused environment, the full-time Arizona Licensed Scheduler will coordinate appointments, manage patient data, and provide excellent customer service while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments, ensuring timely communication with referring offices
• Manage appointment scheduling, including cancellations and modifications, while adhering to protocols and procedures
• Participate in education programs to maintain skills and competency levels relevant to the scheduling role

Required qualifications

• Arizona licensure as a Scheduler
• Experience in a healthcare scheduling environment
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and software
• Ability to collect and verify patient data and insurance information
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
