Job Summary

Executing month-end close activities and supporting process optimizations, the full-time Arizona Licensed Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and enhance operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities across various accounting functions
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure financial accuracy
• Identify and recommend improvements to accounting policies, procedures, and controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of public accounting experience and 1+ years in a complex, multi-entity industry
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting practices
• Proven ability to excel in collaborative, fast-paced teams
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical accounting skills focused on process optimization
