Arizona Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

As a key member of the LATAM Accounting Team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Senior Accountant will manage the accounting, compliance, and financial close activities for Mexico legal entities, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for Mexico entities
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory financial statements required by Mexican authorities
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and external advisors to ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations and support audits

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• Proven understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Experience in a global organization with intercompany accounting is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills
