Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Attorney (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex real estate matters, including litigation and transactional work
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business in real estate or business law
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and manage matters independently

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in real estate law
• Must have an existing book of business in business law, real estate litigation, or transactional law (excluding trust and estates)
• Proven ability to manage clients and matters independently
