Job Summary

Handling Commercial Auto Claims, the full-time Arizona Licensed Senior Auto Examiner will analyze reports, evaluate contract language, and manage investigations while ensuring compliance and timely resolution of claims.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze first reports and contact insured/claimants promptly to initiate claims processing
  • Create action plans for investigations and maintain active file diaries for timely resolutions
  • Evaluate claim facts, negotiate settlements, and manage relationships with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of Commercial Auto Claims Adjusting experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Full knowledge of commercial insurance contracts and investigation techniques
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state adjusters licenses
  • Experience in managing workload and prioritizing multiple competing priorities
