Job Summary
Handling Commercial Auto Claims, the full-time Arizona Licensed Senior Auto Examiner will analyze reports, evaluate contract language, and manage investigations while ensuring compliance and timely resolution of claims.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze first reports and contact insured/claimants promptly to initiate claims processing
- Create action plans for investigations and maintain active file diaries for timely resolutions
- Evaluate claim facts, negotiate settlements, and manage relationships with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of Commercial Auto Claims Adjusting experience required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Full knowledge of commercial insurance contracts and investigation techniques
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state adjusters licenses
- Experience in managing workload and prioritizing multiple competing priorities
