Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Counsel, Digital Assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support to the product team on all legal matters
• Interpret and apply legal and regulatory frameworks related to payments and digital assets
• Guide business partners in launching and scaling innovative payment solutions compliantly

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; admission to Arizona or other State bar
• Eight or more years of in-house or corporate counsel experience, particularly with financial institutions
• Strong background in advising on regulations concerning digital assets and blockchain technology
• Expertise in compliance with anti-money laundering, sanctions, and consumer protection regulations
• Ability to manage outside legal resources effectively
