Arizona Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking an Arizona Licensed Senior Counsel, this full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial preparation
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Arizona
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and MS Suite applications
