Arizona Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking an Arizona Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will manage high-exposure cases, develop compelling case themes, and lead litigation teams while working in a flexible environment that supports office, hybrid, or remote arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active Arizona bar license
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
