Job Summary
Seeking an Arizona Licensed Senior Counsel, this full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial preparation
- Foster client relationships and provide guidance to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active Arizona bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
