Job Summary
Seeking an Arizona Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial preparations
- Provide mentorship and leadership to less experienced attorneys while maintaining routine client communications
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Arizona
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
