Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Senior Financial Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of annual and quarterly SEC filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Q)
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
• Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting memos

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA required
• 2-3 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• 2 years in an industry financial reporting role with strong SEC reporting experience
