Job Summary

Originating residential mortgage loans, the full-time hybrid Arizona Licensed Senior Loan Officer will advise clients on suitable loan products, manage a pipeline of borrowers, and guide them through the lending process from application to closing while working in Chandler, AZ with some flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of borrowers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
• Gather and analyze financial documentation, collaborating with underwriting and processing teams
• Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners to generate new business

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise as a Senior Loan Officer with a strong track record in residential mortgage origination
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry trends, loan products, and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience in mortgage lending processes from application through closing
• Relevant state licensing and registrations as required for mortgage loan officers (e.g., NMLS registration)
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
