Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders throughout the loan process
• Review and analyze loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
• Support and mentor junior loan processors, offering guidance and expertise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in mortgage processing
• Proven experience with loan origination systems, preferably Encompass
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage lending compliance regulations
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and certifications as needed
