Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of retail mortgage loans while providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to facilitate timely execution of mortgage transactions and maintain compliance
• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or associate degree with two years of experience; or high school diploma with four years of experience in the functional area
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in mortgage processing
• Proven experience with mortgage processing functions and loan origination systems, preferably Encompass
• Knowledge of compliance regulations governing mortgage lending and loan processing
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and certifications as applicable
