Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Outreach Specialist (Advocate).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist individuals in applying for disability benefits
• Determine eligibility for benefits through a series of questions and explain regulations in an understandable manner
• Gather personal and financial information for the initial submission of Social Security Disability applications while ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service or call center environment
• Strong phone skills with the ability to actively listen and maintain professionalism
• Comfortable using contact center software and proficient in data entry
• Experience working remotely with a private, quiet office space
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and use probing questions effectively
