Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pharmacists and providers to process prescription renewal requests
• Manage incoming patient calls regarding medication refills and documentation
• Utilize various systems to filter and screen patient charts for relevant information

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician licensure in the state of practice
• Two or more years of ambulatory pharmacy experience or relevant knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Completion of a technical certificate program is preferred
• Moderate experience typically gained through 2-4 years of relevant work experience or 12-18 months in an educational program
