Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Arizona Licensed Senior Product Counsel will manage legal matters for innovative payment solutions, guiding product teams through complex regulatory frameworks while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line legal counsel to product teams on payment and digital asset regulations
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements while advising on compliance with evolving legal frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to structure emerging payment solutions and assess regulatory impacts

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with admission to Arizona or another State bar
• Eight or more years of in-house or corporate counsel experience in financial services compliance
• Significant expertise in anti-money laundering, data privacy, and consumer protection regulations
• Experience advising on emerging regulatory frameworks in payments and digital assets
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance innovation and regulatory risk
