Key Responsibilities

Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
Review real estate documents to ensure completeness and legal compliance
Apply electronic notarial acts to documents after witnessing the signing process online

Required Qualifications

NNA Certified
Minimum of six (6) months RON experience
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
Minimum of one (1) year experience with loan or Real Estate documents
Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
