Job Summary

Leading operational excellence initiatives, the full-time Arizona Licensed Six Sigma Leader will design and optimize processes for autonomous vehicle operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to enhance AV fleet operations, including incident response and depot operations
• Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and standardize SOPs for AV deployment and servicing workflows
• Develop training materials and playbooks to ensure consistent operational practices across multiple locations

Required Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (ASQ or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or industrial engineering
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or mobility services
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable ROI
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards)
