Arizona Licensed Staff Pathologist

Job Summary

To support advanced molecular diagnostics in a hybrid model, the Arizona Licensed Staff Pathologist will interpret and validate diagnostic results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and perform case sign-out duties, working approximately three weeks remotely and one week onsite in Phoenix.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic pathology expertise through the review and interpretation of laboratory data and tissue specimens
• Interpret and sign out solid tumor molecular diagnostic cases and IHC biomarkers
• Contribute to assay validation, workflow optimization, and quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)
• Board-certified in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology
• Completion of a Surgical Pathology and/or Cytology Fellowship
• 3+ years of clinical practice experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
