Arizona Licensed Staff Pharmacist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist (Night/Overnight Shifts).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive customer profiles including medical history and concurrent medications
- Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness and make therapy change recommendations
- Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation systems and ensure regulatory compliance for controlled substances
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems
- Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality customer service
