Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Arizona Licensed Staffing Manager, the full-time remote Staff Performance Manager will oversee daily personnel supervision, manage employee relations, and ensure timely delivery of customer goods and services while developing relationships with clients and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of personnel for assignments
• Manage employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and exit interviews
• Provide productivity, attendance, and other reports as requested by clients

Required qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication
• HR and data management experience
• Demonstrable success in managing a team or process
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
• Practical experience with operational software and Microsoft Office products
