Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students to facilitate their academic progression through meaningful interactions
• Handle an average of 20-30 inbound and outbound student calls while managing 20-25 work items
• Create action plans to resolve complex student concerns and support their long-term success

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in AZ, NM, NV, MT, UT, TX, or WA
• Bachelor's degree completed prior to applying
• Proficient in computer applications and able to learn complex software
• General knowledge of the higher education industry and relevant fields of study
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
