Arizona Licensed Student Support Specialist
Job Summary
To support student success, the full-time Arizona Licensed Student Support Specialist will provide academic advisement, coaching, and customer service in a remote environment, engaging with students to facilitate their academic progression and resolve issues throughout their educational journey.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with students through 20-30 inbound and outbound calls, completing 20-25 work items systematically
- Create action plans to address and resolve complex student concerns, supporting their long-term success
- Act as a subject matter expert on degree options and program requirements, providing accurate information on University policies
Required qualifications
- Must have a fully completed and conferred bachelor's degree prior to applying
- Reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, ID, NV, NM, MT, UT, TX, WY
- Experience with CRMs, Microsoft applications, and video conferencing tools
- General knowledge of the higher education industry and current trends
- Strong analytical skills to assess student needs and determine appropriate actions
