Job Summary
Joining a supportive team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Substance Use Therapist will provide psychotherapy for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and families, facilitate group therapy sessions, and utilize community resources, all while enjoying flexible schedules with no weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of clients
- Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Standard Outpatient Program (SOP), and Aftercare groups using the agency's curriculum
- Collaborate with community resources and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work
- Experience facilitating groups and working with substance abuse populations
- Preferred AzBBHE Licensure and Families First program experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with no major infractions in the past three years
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
