Arizona Licensed Supervising Psychiatrist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervising Psychiatrist to provide collaborative supervision to psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative supervision to psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) in accordance with Arizona regulations
• Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings and review charts for each assigned provider
• Respond to clinical questions and provide clinical guidance and mentorship to PMHNPs

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Medical License in Psychiatry
• Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• DEA Certification
• At least 2 years of behavioral health experience, ideally with youth
• Prior supervisory or collaborative practice experience preferred
