Job Summary
Providing board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Supervisor Counselor in Arizona will guide associates toward full licensure while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise associate-level clinicians according to professional judgment and board requirements
- Deliver telehealth services and ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines
- Provide feedback and support to associates in their clinical and documentation skills
Required qualifications
- Valid LPC license in good standing in Arizona with board approval for clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Counseling
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
