Job Summary

To support the rollout of Windows Hello for Business, the remote contract Arizona Licensed Support Technician will provide technical assistance, guide users through setup, and troubleshoot authentication issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for Windows Hello for Business enrollment and troubleshooting
• Walk business users through setup processes and best practices
• Diagnose and resolve authentication and device-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with Windows environments
• Deep understanding of Windows Hello for Business functionality and requirements
• Experience supporting end users through technology transitions
• Excellent soft skills: patience, empathy, and clear communication
