Job Summary

To support IT infrastructure and operations, the full-time Arizona Licensed Systems Engineer II will design and manage complex systems, focusing on performance optimization, risk management, and collaboration across various business domains while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the life cycle of complex systems, ensuring reliability and performance optimization
• Evaluate and coordinate work processes and logistics across different teams for large or complex projects
• Manage relationships with business partners and professional peers to enhance system performance and address issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• Three years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, or systems engineering
• Certification in at least one advanced converged domain and one intermediary domain within 18 months of hire
• Valid fingerprint clearance card or completed affidavit at the time of hire
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering, ITIL, and project management principles
