Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting connections with small business owners, offering expert financial guidance
• Apply accounting expertise to ensure compliance and develop financial strategies for clients
• Communicate proactively with clients through digital platforms and one-on-one meetings to enhance their advisory experience

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in Accounting and/or Tax Preparation for small businesses
• EA or CPA certification required
• Experience with accounting and tax preparation software
• Proven ability to complete small business accounting tasks and IRS forms
• Familiarity with S corp, C corp, and partnership returns
