Arizona Licensed Tax Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Supervisor to oversee tax-related duties and ensure quality tax service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze tax records and reports, including local, state, and federal tax returns
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants to enhance their skills and expertise
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide recommendations during tax planning assignments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• A minimum of three years of work experience in public accounting
• Experience supervising and mentoring other accountants
• General knowledge of payroll tax issues and property taxes
• Specialized knowledge in at least one area of estate, gift, or trust taxation (preferred)
