Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Arizona Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on client care while enjoying scheduling flexibility and professional growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services to autistic and neurodivergent adults, utilizing evidence-based modalities
• Manage client scheduling and caseload to ensure optimal work-life balance and client care
• Participate in peer consultations and specialized training to enhance clinical skills and support community engagement

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
