Job Summary
Arizona Licensed Telephonic Case Manager, this full-time position involves creating and implementing treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective healthcare services and a timely return to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing and addressing cases effectively
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, particularly in workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
- Reliable internet access required
