Job Summary

Arizona Licensed Telephonic Case Manager, this full-time position involves creating and implementing treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective healthcare services and a timely return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing and addressing cases effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, particularly in workers' compensation
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
  • Reliable internet access required
