Key Responsibilities

• Provide telepsychiatry services to Emergency Department patients
• Work remotely from home or office, adhering to a set schedule
• Maintain patient care standards with a focus on exceptional service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Medical License (MD/DO) in Arizona
• ABPN Board Certification is mandatory
• DEA license in Arizona is preferred
• Must provide a Case Log of patient services for the last two years
