Key Responsibilities

• Provide telepsychiatry services primarily for emergency department patients
• Work remotely from home or office during specified hours
• Maintain high patient satisfaction ratings through exceptional care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical License (MD/DO) in Arizona
• ABPN Board Certification is mandatory
• DEA license in Arizona preferred
• Provide a case log of patient services for the last two years
